Meet Paul Arnold
Paul Arnold was born in Kitchener, Ontario on June 12, 1950. He graduated from St. Jerome's High School in 1968 and from the University of Waterloo in 1972 earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree. After university, Paul travelled to the UK where he met his wife, Lynn, on the Isle of Wight. Lynn and Paul travelled extensively for about a year before settling on Vancouver Island. They were married in Victoria in 1974 and have two fine grown sons, Danny and Patrick.
Even after 38 years living in Victoria, Paul continues to appreciate the beauty and quality way of life enjoyed by those of us fortunate enough to live in this community. For several years, Paul worked in the restaurant business including as assistant manager of the Fort Street KEG Restaurant in Victoria. He also taught elementary school for a period of time in northern British Columbia and then in 1979, he and Lynn opened the Framing & Art Centre in Victoria.
For nearly 28 years, Lynn and Paul owned and operated the Framing & Art Centre with two locations on Cedar Hill Cross Road and in the Broadmead Village Shopping Centre. They sold the business in 2006 which allowed Paul to begin studying for his real estate license. He graduated from the licensing program in the summer of 2007 with a 96% average and joined DFH Real Estate Ltd.
Lynn and Paul built a reputation in Victoria for their high standards in supplying their customers with quality products and workmanship and for consistently delivering outstanding customer service during their years in the Framing & Art business. These same standards will be applied in addressing your unique real estate needs.
Over the years, Paul managed several major construction projects in both residential and commercial circumstances and understands the attributes of a quality home. This expertise may prove valuable in helping guide you through your real estate decisions.
Paul looks forward to being of service to you.
