Paul Arnold came to us highly recommended and after one meeting with him, we understood why. Paul's knowledgeable, professional and extremely likable nature made us feel that we were in good hands, and we weren't disappointed. Paul's advice on simple renovations, cosmetic upgrades and staging was spot-on. This allowed us to focus our energy where it was most needed and prepare our home beautifully for sale. His comprehensive market analysis allowed us to pinpoint the perfect asking price, which was no small feat. Over the past few years we had tried to sell our home twice, but were never satisfied with any of the offers we received. Therefore we were extremely pleased when we received a full-price offer the same day Paul's sign went up! I recommend Paul Arnold to you as a person with a proven track record who cannot fail to be a success in this his newly chosen field.
As seniors, in less than good health, Emily and I had grave doubts about how we would cope with a move. Paul not only set our minds at rest but with matching help from his wife, Lynn, spent a long day until 6pm unpacking countless cardboard boxes and establishing some sort of domestic order. He even relieved us of the burden of disposing of the said boxes.
I wouldn’t want others to expect the same intensity of help but rather to be aware that Paul’s form of selling includes client service that is not likely to be equaled by many in real estate sales. DFH is fortunate in having the benefit of Paul’s services.

My wife spent countless hours going over the listings provided and selecting potential homes. The days we spent together visiting the different houses available and the patience you showed while we decided and changed our expectations was greatly appreciated.

Paul Arnold has done outstanding work for me and my family with every real estate situation we've encountered. Whether it was selling the "family" home after my mother passed away, providing us with market evaluations, staging and renovation advice, patiently showing us properties we had no intention of buying, or setting up, staging and selling my daughter and son-in-laws house for full price in one day when other houses in the neighbourhood that were for sale at the same time are still unsold.
